Most clients are active for 3 to 6 months. Initial file review is usually completed within 3 to 7 business days after onboarding documents are received. First dispute cycle typically starts within 7 to 14 days. Bureau and creditor responses often take about 30 to 45 days per cycle.

Can you guarantee deletions or score increases?

No. We do not guarantee deletions, score increases, approvals, or exact timelines. Results vary based on your credit profile, account history, and how bureaus or furnishers respond.

What documents do I need to start?

Most clients need a government-issued ID, proof of address, and current 3-bureau credit report access. If you have prior dispute letters or bureau responses, upload those during onboarding.

How often will I receive updates?

You receive regular progress updates during each cycle and a monthly status summary. Active Dispute Management and Rebuild + Coaching include priority support with a target response window of 24 business hours.

Do I still need to pay my existing bills and debts?

Yes. You should continue making payments on valid obligations. Credit repair support does not replace your payment responsibilities to lenders or creditors.
